Stock rotation is performed once a week. Monitoring expired/best before dates are conducted. Food stored above the floor. Floor is clean and no obvious sign of pest observed this date. Pest manager plan is in place and it is ongoing. Sanitizer solution is provided as spray bottles. Garbage area is well maintained and cleaned.
