- Follow up inspection is conducted - Rodent droppings are observed the back area near walk-in cooler, behind chest freezers and in storage shelves in the back NOTE: Single use disposable forks and spoons were observed in sanitizer solution in ware-washing sink. These can't be washed and reused. Discarded all single use spoons and forks. Operator is cleaning the back area Follow up inspection to be conducted. Closure order stays in effect.
