Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to Routine Inspection report #SDHI-CWYT48 for outstanding violations Observations: - General sanitation has improved significantly - All hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Ventilation canopy has been serviced and is observed in sanitary condition - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site - Professional pest control company has placed multiple traps on site for drain/fruit flies - UV Light observed in place in front dry storage area Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
