Corrective Action(s): For now pizza pans that have not been cleaned and sanitized have been bagged up as there are too many for them to need regularly anyway.

Observation: Mouse Droppings seen throughout the entire facility including Food prep areas and in take out dishes
Correction: Discard all contaminated food, including flour, all open take out containers and cutlery. Clean and sanitize the entire facility.

-Cleaning and sanitizing has been done
-All contaminated food has been discarded, all contaminated take out containers etc have been discarded
-pest control has been dealing with the problem for several weeks and will be back on monday for another follow up
-Purchase plastic bins for the onions and flour to protect them from rodents
-Ensure each morning that pests have not been in the restaurant by checking the area for droppings, as well as all food areas (flour, onions, takeout containers, sauces etc)
-Ensure to clean up any droppings found and sanitize the area
-Ensure pest control comes regularly
