A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - It was found that the pump, dispensing liquid Glycol (to cool vats), was leaking upstairs and dripping down the wall and it was pooling in the walk-in-cooler - Pump has been fixed and no pooling of liquid glycol observed in the walk-in-cooler. - Bleach saniziter concentration in spray bottles and growler filler tubes was 200ppm. - Floor plans provided for the bottling & canning area in the neighboring building still require to be submitted and approved prior to construction and use.
