Routine inspection: no changes in operation. Raw coffee bean receiving, roasting, grinding or whole bean, blending, packaging and distribution operation. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Receiving and storage areas clean and organized. All food products stored off the floor. Pest control services in place. Reminder to close the bay door to prevent potential pest entry. Coffee beans are placed in a loader with a magnet. Roasted beans go through a de-stoner, ground or whole bean, degassed (ground beans), then packaged. After roasting there is no handling.
