The follow up inspection is conducted as per the area inspector request. Three compartment sink/no drain boards/ is installed in the premise. Note:The sink compartments are large enough to accommodate a largest equipment and utensils now. Drain stoppers and waste food strainers - available at the time of inspection. Hot & cold running water - available. Dispenser for a sanitizer - wall mounted. Note: Wall mounted shelves above the three-compartment sink for air dry utensil/food containers are available. Friendly reminder: - Take out only/single use items only. - Sanitizer Test Strips must be available.
