Observation: Seal around the walk-in freezer door requires replacement. Unit is operating at -23'C at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the seal is replaced. Currently, the temperature is not affected, but to prevent contamination of food in case of fire/smoke damage.

BAR- in use only during events:
-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Glasswasher dispensing >12.5ppm iodine at final rinse. Ensure to replace the iodine sanitizer bottle prior to next use.
-Drink dispensing guns wrapped at this time.
-General sanitation satisfactory.

KITCHEN- no food prep at this time:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Temperature monitoring system in place. No issues observed from recent records.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Kitchen equipment/tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-200ppm chlorine available in spray bottles.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner at this time.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
