Observation: -washroom storage room still needs more organization --> goods off floor on shelves so as the pest technician can access the back corners there.
Corrective Action(s): remove any goods there no long related to restaurant.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: -fresh droppings noted in one cupboard shelf --> disinfect cans again in dry storage, hot water tank room and washroom storage room
Corrective Action(s): you will need to daily monitor for the droppings - cleaning and disinfecting.

significant improvement observed:
-soft packaged foods in dry storage in rodent proof containers
-droppings have been mostly cleaned and areas appear disinfected
-noted pest entry points clogged up with steel wool

Comments:
Note: Cooling chart for wings incomplete - temperature start occurs AT 60 deg. C not after cooking
--> email the results by the end of the week

Note: Pest Control came in on Monday and are following up on Friday as per operator
--> email copy of the service report when received.
