Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # KMLN-BD3PKJ of Jun-12-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand sink has the water turned off to prevent the water line from the coffee machine (was removed) from leaking Correction: Hand sink must have hot and cold water at all times.Have water line capped, and/or place a secondary valve to shut off just that part of the line and allow water to be used at hand sink. Use 2 compartment sink until repaired. CORRECT: 1 week

- Hand sink now has hot and cold water as line has been reattached to coffee. - spray bottle had >200 ppm chlorine, corrected to 200 ppm. NOTE: 1/2 tsp chlorine bleach to 1 litre water. - Make sure to check internal temperature of hot dogs before selling, must be 74C at a minimum - Food Safety Plan has been updated to include chlorine bleach and thawing. - All other items have been corrected.
