Observation: 1. Found meat slicer with food on it, operator was not aware of how to break apart.
2. Spray bottle had in excess of 200 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Make sure to take all pieces off of the slicer to properly wash and sanitize the hard to reach areas. Removal pieces may be placed in the dishwasher, and the body of the slicer needs to be manual cleaned and sprayed with sanitizer.
2. Spray bottle should have 100 to 200 ppm chlroine, 1/2 tsp chlorine bleach per 1 litre water (spray bottle).
