Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garbage bag was in use to cover food in walk-in and doughs on counter. Garbage bags removed. Foods were covered with saran wrap at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to cover food with food grade materials only. Garbage bags are not food grade, as they may have been treated with odor suppressing or other types of chemicals.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-General food storage practice very good, except mentioned above.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced/maintained. Next service due in Nov 2019.
-100ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach for this particular bottle to prepare 100-200ppm chlorine solution.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits. Orkin- recent reports kept on site.
-Dishwashing sink properly equipped for manual dishwashing.
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.

Facility maintained in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Ensure to have the back screen door closed at all times.
