Food Store ONLY. No food preparation or re-packaging of food. *** Wholesale popsicles - have ingredient information available from supplier. If ingredient information is not available on line - do not sell. Cooler used to store milk is at 4 C. Check your thermometer daily (4 C or colder /less is required). Sink (hot /cold water) is available for use for cleaning. Premises is clean and well-organized. Coolers, shelves, etc. can be cleaned with warm water and sanitized with a sanitizing solution such as 1/2 tsp domestic bleach in 1 litre of water (soak wiping cloth in sanitizing solution).
