Follow-up to routine inspection #KLIU-C9KT7P > Cleaning in cabinet below mini fridge has been done. Empty cans and bottles removed. > Spray bottle now contained bleach solution. Please ensure the solution is tested with test strips each time it is prepared. Must be 100-200ppm chlorine. > FOODSAFE certifications now verified for 2 servers; both valid until Feb 1, 2025. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with GM on site.
