Observation: * ice scoop was found in ice machine which is unsanitary. Ice scoop should be stored in sanitary condition (eg. in sanitizied container) between use and NOT in ice machine.

Observation: * Many flies noted through out kitchen and on food stuff in preparation area. Lettuce was discarded as fly found in it. Fly controls must be in place and working properly to remove pest issues.

Observation: * Build up of debris/grime found in corners and under some food equipment evidient and requires additional and more deep cleaning(eg. around bases of shelving, etc)
