Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep cooler acorss from the walk-in cooler registered 7 degrees C. Ice build up noticed inside the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): All food items were relocated to another cooler at the time of inspection. Defrost and/or service the cooler so that it is capable of maintainng all foods at 4 C or below. ( Immediately)
