A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- The high temperature dishwasher rinse cycle temperature was 71.6C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer. The dishwasher rinse cycle temperature is reaching sanitizing levels and has been repaired. The dishwasher can be used to wash and sanitize items.
- All violations have been corrected.
