- All hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler had a temperature of 0C
- Walk-in freezer had a temperature of -18C *Ensure to routinely clean any build up of ice or debris in walk-in freezer*
- Upright freezer near cooking line was -15C; upright cooler near cooking line was 4C - are opened and closed often
- Sandwich line preparation cooler was 4C or lower; vegetables (lettuce and tomatoes) are time monitored
- 200 ppm quats available in sanitizer bucks
- 200 ppm quats available in 3 compartment sink
- Food storage practices was good
- Manager and staff members were FOODSAFE Level 1 certified
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
- General cleanliness and sanitation was adequate
