=Drawer style cooler (2C), upright cooler (3C) and prep cooler (2C) measured < 4 degrees C. Bar coolers not yet in operation
=Upright freezer (-18C) measured < -18 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72.6 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
