Operator has mentioned the wish to add a hot dog machine to the front bar area, next the the oven. There is enough space to add the hot dog rolling machine, and handwashing station is conveniently located in this area. Facility can serve hot dogs to customers, as long as food safety plan is updated and an updated copy is submitted.
