Commercial Grade Kitchen facility consisting of: Upright two door refrigeration units, Commercial oven, Domestic Dishwasher (Low Temp.), 2 compartment sink and a hand wash sink.

- Temperature Control: Fridge temperature is to be maintained at or below 4 C.

- Manual Dishwashing: 4 Step Method - Sign provided. Chlorine bleach noted - spray solution tested. (Ok.)
- Use 100ppm bleach - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water. Change sanitizing solutions in sinks and buckets every couple of hours. Change sanitizing solutions in bottles daily. Use test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizer.
- Mechanical Domestic Dishwasher: Not tested this date.
- Sanitary Facilities: Acceptable. Liquid soap/single use towels noted.
- Pest Control: Monitoring is required to be conducted. No signs noted this date.
