Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Display cooler at 3'C
- Processing area measured at 8'C ambient air temperature.
*Note: Staff stated that meat items are stored for less than 1 hour during processing, then stored back in the walk-in cooler to be seasoned the next day
- Bunker cooler at or below 4'C
- Bunker freezers at or below -18'C
*Note: some food items (X4 weiner packages) in the freezer bunker observed slightly thawed. Staff voluntarily discarded the food during inspection.
*Reminder: do not re-freeze thawed food products. Do not over-stock cooler and freezer bunkers to ensure all product is maintained at required temperatures
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Staff observed wearing hair nets
