- Cooler was 3 C - No freezer on site - No hot holding at time of inspection - Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water - Chlorine bleach is on site for sanitizing surfaces, ( 1/2 tsp per 1 liter water). - Dishwasher had a final rinse of 90 C at the gauge and 72 C at the plate - No signs of pest activity at time of inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory.
