Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no soap at the sushi bar hand sink at the time of inspection. Keep all hand sinks stocked at all times.

Observation: Kitchen requires an overall thorough cleaning. Shelves, drying racks, walls, floors and especially corners underneath and behind equipment are very dirty.

Observation: 1) Multiple surfaces (shelves, equipment, etc) are covered/repaired in foil, plastic and tape. Remove all of these materials from shelves and equipment surfaces.
2) Several unfinished wood shelves/counter supports observed. These surfaces are not easily washable and must be refinished.
3) Rough concrete cinder blocks observed in kitchen; these were extremely dirty. Remove from facility.
