Observation: Dish ware are stored in 2 of 3 compartment sink at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): -3 Compartment sink must be organized - third sink to have sanitizer solution , do not store dishes in all sinks. Keep all dirty dishware on a mobile cart - have dirty zone vs clean zone
- Dishware must be washed, rinsed and sanitized following the 4 steps of manual dishwashing steps as perviously discussed

-FS trained staff on duty
-Temp of all coolers and freezer satisfactory ( <4 oC and <-18 oC respectively)
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sink
** Bleach solution is >200 ppm- dilute it 1/2 teaspoon of bleach in 1 litter of water - check with chlorine test strips

*** Noted a large number of stew, halim, and other unapproved foods in coolers , freezers - AS Discussed multiple times due to lack of enough space ( kitchen work space, coolers, freezer ) this facility can not be Bakery - grocery store, and restaurant ???

ONLY rice in rice cooker, kebab- bread no other food itmes- last warning.
