Daily log sheets show the washer reached 100ppm chlorine residual

Operator is to re-wash all dishware from this morning on once the washer is repaired this afternoon

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Abell Pest Control comes in monthly -some rodent activity noted in last report -continue their services and monitor the hot spots

Other handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
