- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
*Note: Water supply lines to the hand-sink in the produce prep room appear to be installed in reverse-order. This is resulting in the temperature mixing valve operating in reverse (ie. cold setting makes the water hot and vice-versa). Recommend switching the water supply lines to this sink so that the temperature mixing valve functions correctly.

- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at adequate concentration
- Facility appears clean and well-organized
