Observation: Mouse droppings noted: loading bays and corners, hard to reach areas in the cake decorating area and bakery prep kitchen.
2 live cockroaches noted: in the janitorial room
Corrective Action(s): Remove mouse droppings in the above noted area. Sweep the floor and sanitize the area daily. Remove cockroaches and sanitze the janitorial room. The facility has a contract with Orkin pest control company (once a week). Inform the pest control company with the current pest issues request a thorough inspection each time with corrective actions. Given 1 day to correct.

Loading bay door weather strippings (brush and plastic panel type): ripped by edges.
