Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made:

- Temperature of coolers were maintained at 4C or less.
- Temperature of freezers at -18C or less.
- Ambient temperature of meat processing room at 6C.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- Hand wash station available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink x2 available and the dispensing unit dispenses 200ppm QUATS solution.
- 200ppm QUATS sanitizer spray bottles available.
- Cleaning and sanitizing protocols of meat grinder and band saw discussed and found satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
