General sanitation required improvement.
Hand washing stations (main kitchen/washroom) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Domestic refrigerator: coolers at 4.0 ; freezer - satisfactory;
Front beverage cooler at 4.0 C;
All freezers (chest, upright) at -18 C;
Three-compartment sink - satisfactory;
Bleach sanitizer - available;
Dry storage area - satisfactory;
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Regular pest control inspection conducted every month.
Staff washroom - satisfactory; supplied with cold and hot running water; liquid soap and paper towel;

Recommendations:
1. Do not cover by news paper equipment, cutting boards, & shelves (heavy metals contamination/not easy to clean and sanitize);
2. Begin daily temperature logs for all coolers and freezers.
