Comments

Fridges are all under 4 Celsius and well organized.
Quite a foods noted cooling, proper cooling observed.
Low temperature dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine final rinse.
Most hand sinks were fully stocked and all were working.
Bleach water for cloths was in use, 200 ppm.
No sign of pests.
