Hot water tank has been replaced in main kitchen
Hot and cold running water available at sinks
Dishwasher now functioning properly with an adequate hot water supply - reached 74C internally
***Please keep monitoring this machine as too hot can also be a problem. The middle gauge is currently reaching <170C even though manufacturer's requirement states a minimum of 180F
Gulab jamun are to be stored in the display cooler at 4C or below until test results are submitted and approved
