Comments

Coolers were at 4 C or colder, freezer was at - 18 C. Dishwasher final rinse temp. reached 72.3 C at plate surface.
Temp. log available and up to date.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Cook onsite has FoodSafe 1 training. General sanitation was good. Clean counter tops, floor and equipment. All foods were stored off the floor. Bulk donated fruits were in kitchen. No space in cold storage so ensure to distribute the food t clients as soon as possible.
Note: Drain board now installed on top of dishwasher for 3-comp sink. Shelf above 3-comp sink had fallen off so a new shelf installed with reinforcement. Ensure to seal the exposed wood where shelf is attached. Possible small cooler to be added in kitchen. Hand delivered health permit to operate. Please post in the kitchen area.
