Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The internal temperature of the cream of tomato soup is 57.8C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the temperature of the hot holding unit is at least 60C at all times to prevent rapid multiplication of bacteria. After the operator increased the heat setting of the hot holding unit, the internal temperature of cream of tomato soup was 62C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is no liquid soap available at the handwash station. Proper handwashing practices is important to remove bacteria from hands and to reduce likelihood of contaminating food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is liquid soap available in the dispenser at all times. Repair the wall mounted soap dispenser. The operator placed a container of liquid soap by the handwash station at the time of inspection.

Observation: Duct tape was observed on the sliding door handle of the hot holding unit. Food debris and grime can build up around/underneath the duct tape.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the duct tape on the sliding door handle so the sliding door can be easily cleaned and sanitized. Operator said that a request has be placed to replace the door of the hot holding unit

Routine inspection conducted:
- Handwash station has hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- No signs of pest activity
- Deli slicers and cleaned and sanitized every 2-3 hours
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available at the 3 compartment sinks and inside spray bottles
- Staff on duty have FOODSAFE level 1
- All coolers are 4C or below
- All hot holding units are 60C and above (except 1 hot holding unit noted in violation code 206)
- All food items are stored at least 6 inches off the floor
