-Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water (as discussed, ensure not to put any food items in front of the handwashing sink even if it is still accessible from another side. You could splash dirty water onto the food)
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-All freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Hot holding at 60 deg C or greater
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73 deg C after rinse cycle
