Observation: Observed that the two staff members working at time of inspection did not have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. It is required to have one employee who possess the certificate on shift at all times.

Comments

- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
- All coolers in good working order, cold potentially hazardous foods are held at +4C or below in coolers (veggie prep cooler @ 4C and protein prep cooler @4C and walk in cooler @ 4C) and drink
- Front cooler @4C). Fridges have working thermometers.
-QUATS sanitizer was @ 200ppm.
- Hot holding of soups and sauces was @ 60C or above
- No signs of pests
- Facility is in good sanitary condition
* The additional, unused toaster oven in the back room is required to be cleaned on a regular basis even when not in use.
