- Follow-up to inspection conducted on April 2, 2025.
- Ice machine has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. *Ensure to do this on a more frequent basis.
- Magnetic knife strip was in sanitary condition. Good - *ensure to only store cleaned and sanitized knives on this magnetic strip.
- Walls/floors by butcher's block has been cleaned. *Please continue cleaning and sanitizing this area on a daily basis.
- General kitchen sanitation satisfactory.
- All food items in the walk-in/reach-in cooler were properly covered, and no direct stacking of uncovered food items was observed.
- Bleach sanitizer solution readily available. *As previously discussed, ensure sanitizer solution is always readily available for use at all times.
