Observation: Observed numerous rodent droppings in the back storage area, especially behind unloaded crates closer to the delivery stations. Operator indicated that pest inspector noted possible harbourage area and that is where most droppings were found.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the area where droppings were found. Removing droppings is required not only for sanitary purposes, but also for monitoring reasons. By cleaning the droppings, operator can check if there is current pest activities in the area.

Observation: Observed entrance points for pests by the loading dock. Harbouring area also noted in the back dry storage area. Staff indicated that pest control is conducted by a third party company regularly.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to eliminate all entrance points for pests. All harbourage areas for pests must be removed.
