Temperature of the freezer unit was -3 to -4 C. Should be -18 or colder. Please service. Check temperatures of refrigeration and freezer units daily and record on a log. Two staffs have been FoodSafe certified. Label the sprayer bottle of sanitizer. General sanitation and maintenance are good. Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
