Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CEZQD5
As per staff, new refrigerator unit was purchased to replaced the 2-door, upright cooler mentioned during the last routine inspection. At the time of inspection, internal air temperature of this unit was noted at 3C.
Small hole noted on the wall below the 2-compartment preparation sink has now been sealed with silicon. No ants were observed at the time of inspection.

The following were repeated violations noted during the routine inspection. Please do not let these practices continue again. Anymore repeated violations will ensue in progressive enforcement actions (e.g. correction order/ ticketing) if this is continued to be observed during future routine inspections.
One bowl was noted in-use and completely stored and submerged in a container of mayonnaise during the inspection. Reminded staff that proper dispenser, equipped with handle, is required for all bulk food container. Bowl was removed during the inspection.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was still noted with no name label. Issue was corrected during the inspection, sanitizer bottle was labeled.

No further follow-up required at this time.
