Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm.
Prep coolers, stand-up cooler, and walk-in cooler in the kitchen area measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 70C.
Food covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor in the walk-in cooler.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Beverage cooler and under counter cooler in the bar area are out of service. Only bottled drinks and glasses are stored inside. No potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored in the beverage cooler and under counter cooler in the bar area that are out of service.
