Please sand and laminate raw woods. Replace backsplash, noted wall areas and baseboards. All surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable. Date To Be Corrected By: 2 weeks. Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # CTIN-BHAU6Q of Oct-25-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: No bleach sanitizer onsite. Staff onsite showed that they use the cleaner and the only bleach onsite was for laundry purpose and is scented. Correction: Please obtain a spray bottle, mix 1 tsp bleach to 1 liter water then label the spray bottle. This will make 100ppm and can be used on counters and fridges. Obtain household bleach that is non scented.
