Observation: Several areas noted to have raw wood exposed, or exposed backsplash and missing baseboard, walls by new sink area have parts peeling off as well.
Please sand and laminate raw woods. Replace backsplash, noted wall areas and baseboards. All surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: No bleach sanitizer onsite. Staff onsite showed that they use the cleaner and the only bleach onsite was for laundry purpose and is scented.
Correction: Please obtain a spray bottle, mix 1 tsp bleach to 1 liter water then label the spray bottle. This will make 100ppm and can be used on counters and fridges. Obtain household bleach that is non scented.
