High temperature sanitizing dishwasher >71 C reached (thermolabel confirmation) Sanitizer spray bottle 100 ppm chlorine maintained (1/2 tsp bleach / 500 ml water spray bottle) - spray bottle is clearly labelled as sanitizer. Kitchen fridge 3 C / -6 C Storage room fridge 2 C Coolers equipped with thermometers for temperature monitoring. Temperature log maintained for kitchen and storage room fridges.
