A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-D3HTS2 and the following observations were made:
- Fresh noodle dough container reduced in size to only have 10 sheet at a time.
- Black bean paste hot holding measured at 61C
- Raw proteins kept below ready to eat foods
- Vent panels observed to be clean
- Mop sink no longer obstructed
- Noodle maker machine observed to be maintained in a clean state. Ensure to clean and sanitize at least once every 4 hours.
- Dough maker observed to be clean
- Hole in wall sealed
