Follow up to the initial inspection is conducted. -Dishwasher is now working and it is measured at 70C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface. -Light bulbs have been replaced and shatterproof light covers are installed. -Upright storage cooler next to deep fryer will not be used for food storage for the time being. Sushi cooler will not be used. *following documents have been reviewed: -Application for health approval. -Copy of Certificate of Incorporation. -Food Safety Plan. -Sanitation Plan. NOTE: Please register for Foodsafe level 1 online and send a proof of registration via email. *Permit fee is collected via cheque (#521) for the amount of $150.00 (Apr 2020 - Mar 2021) * Heath Approval to Operate is granted.
