-Dairy and produce coolers were less than 4C. -Freezers ranged from -12C to -18C. -Store area cooler were at or below 4C. -No potentially hazardous foods stored on ice at the time of inspection. -Random selection of canned items were within their best before dates and stock is rotated properly using first in, first out. -Random selection of baby foods were within their expiry dates. *A few dented cans were removed from the store shelf. Ensure all food is checked for condition during stocking. The safety of dented cans cannot be guaranteed -Bulk food items were properly protected from potential customer contamination. -Foods properly stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by professional pest control every 10 to 12 days.
