-Follow-up inspection to confirm repairs to cooler units: -Prep cooler has been repaired and is now operating below 4 degrees Celsius -Under grill drawer cooler has been turned off to allow ice buildup at the back of the unit to defrost. Please confirm temperature is maintained below 4 degrees Celius after completing defrost cycle, and prior to reusing for food storage. -Display cooler continues to operate below 4 degrees C after thermostat adjustment. -Correction requirements have been met -Please monitor refrigeration temperatures closely to prevent future infractions
