Correction: Stop the use of the ice machine. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine including the water tray to ensure food safety. Date to be corrected by: July 19, 2021.

Follow-up inspection conducted. The preparation cooler has been repaired. It was holding milk cartons at 4C or below. The ambient temperature was at 2C. The ice-machine chamber and the water tray has been cleaned and sanitized - GOOD. Ensure the ice-machine is routinely cleaned to prevent build up of debris or mold growth. Signature not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the inspection report is to be emailed to the operator on the previously provided email address within 1 business day.
