Observation: Foodhandler handled raw meat with gloves and then touched the walk-in cooler door handle without taking off gloves or washing hands.
Corrective Action(s): Gloves must be discarded and hands must be washed after handling raw meat.
Foodhandler was instructed to sanitize door handle and wash hands.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garbage bags used to wrap foods.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use garbage bags to wrap or store food. Garbage bags are lined with odour-supressing chemicals. Use only good grade wraps and containers.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in dry storage area (near where the containers of white vinegar are stored).
Corrective Action(s): Remove all mouse droppings and disinfect contaminated areas.
Do not sweep/vacuum droppings.
Sanitize containers that could have become contaminated.
Do not store food directly on the floor (food must be stored 15 cm off the floor).
Ensure pest control services are in place for the interior of the building.(operator stated there is a pest control company for the outside).
Correct immediately.

Bleach in spray bottle available and registered at 200 ppm for chlorine.
****High-temperature dishwasher registered a maximum temperate of 66 C (after multiple runs) - must reach 71 C on the plate surface during the final rinse. Dishwasher had only been warming up for one hour at the time of inspection.
****Follow-up inspection to be conducted in 1 hour for the dishwasher. Until then, do not use the dishwasher.****
