Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash sink accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units at ≤ 4C. All freezer units at ≤ -18C. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected at the sanitizer bucket. Verified that bakery items available for sale (no label noted on packaging) were from approved sources. Sanitation and organization were excellent. No signs of pest activities during the inspection.
